Concept of BUNKERMAN Technology
The BUNKERMAN system is a modular, multi-layer, chemical filtration platform engineered for both indoor and outdoor applications. Each unit removes particulate matter (PM₂.₅, PM₁₀) and gaseous pollutants (CO₂, SOₓ, NOₓ, CO, NH₃, and TVOC) using a combination of adsorption, absorption, and chemisorption mechanisms.
Once saturated, the filter material is processed into Minerals Rich Organic Manure (MROM) — a soil nutrient that improves fertility and productivity, transforming captured pollution into agricultural wealth.
System Configurations:

Useful Recommendations for the Govt. of Delhi, NCT:
(a) Use BUNKERMAN Technology of Direct Carbon Capture at Negative Cost (DCCNC) in all air-conditioned buildings in Delhi such as administrative buildings, hospitals, data centers, 5-star hotels, etc., in the very first phase.
(b) This will result straightaway in a saving of 40% to 50% in the power consumption of such buildings by eliminating a large number of ACH, due to which this energy is unnecessarily being wasted presently.
(c) The above can be achieved with a 5-year-based long-term plan to be completed before the year 2047.
(d) Simultaneously, issue instructions/guidelines to the common public to voluntarily adopt this technology in their buildings by installing various Standalone Unit models as per their requirements and choices.
(e) A subsidy of 90% may be provided on this technology, as has been done for promoting solar systems under the PM KUSUM Yojna.
(f) The GST rate, which is currently 18%, may be considered by the Govt for waiving off or for reduction as deemed fit, considering the advantage of this technology as a social cause for safety and survival of mankind under the prevailing situations of rising pollution, global warming, and climate change.
(j) Simultaneously, the outdoor units may also be considered for installation along the roadsides, under the flyovers, in parks, and in other open spaces wherever felt feasible.
(k) NDMA may be approached to issue suitable guidelines for the duration of the Button-Up Period and other drills and procedures to be followed under emergency and disaster situations.
(l) Spread awareness and education about this indigenous technology and its advantages to help the Govt mission of becoming a Net Zero Nation before the year 2047 and help the country in mitigation of rising pollution, global warming, and climate change in the world.
