Noida, 23 July 2026: The National Loktantrik Party (NLP), while addressing a National Press Conference at Noida Press Club, reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the Constitution, strengthening democracy, and ensuring justice, development, and equal opportunities for every citizen of India.
The Party expressed serious concern over the rising cost of living, unemployment, corruption, crimes against women, and the growing challenges faced by farmers, youth, and small businesses. NLP stated that these issues require immediate attention and effective policy measures rather than political rhetoric.
The Party strongly demanded the immediate restoration of full Statehood to Jammu & Kashmir, stating that the people of the region deserve the same democratic rights and constitutional status enjoyed by other states. NLP said that the commitments made regarding Statehood should be fulfilled without further delay in the interest of democracy and federalism.
Expressing deep concern over the reported rape of a minor girl in Rajasthan, the Party demanded a fair, transparent, and time-bound investigation. NLP urged the authorities to ensure that the guilty are brought to justice through a fast-track judicial process and emphasized that the safety and dignity of women and children must remain a national priority beyond political considerations.
The Party also called for a comprehensive national employment policy to generate meaningful opportunities for young people, immediate filling of vacant government posts, greater support for startups and MSMEs, and skill development programmes that prepare youth for future employment.
On the issue of inflation, NLP urged the Government to take effective steps to reduce the burden of rising prices of essential commodities, fuel, LPG, medicines, and other daily necessities, which continue to affect middle-class and economically weaker families.
Highlighting the concerns of farmers, the Party demanded fair prices for agricultural produce, timely compensation for crop losses, better irrigation facilities, and stronger rural infrastructure to improve agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods.
NLP also emphasized the need to strengthen public healthcare, improve the quality of government education, ensure transparency in governance, combat corruption at every level, and accelerate the development of tourism, border areas, and rural regions across the country.
The Party reaffirmed its commitment to national unity, communal harmony, constitutional values, and equal justice for every citizen, irrespective of religion, caste, language, region, or gender.
Concluding the press conference, the National Loktantrik Party reiterated its resolve to work for “Truth, Transparency & Trust” and to advance its vision of “Peace, Progress & Prosperity” through democratic values, accountable governance, and inclusive development for all Indians.
