It seems that DCP Satish Kumar along with his Crime branch officers have started their hunt in which day by day shooters of hardcore criminals are been sent to jail. In fact this will not be a breaking news if IPS Satish Kumar and team encountered any sharp shooter from evading.
If Hardcore gangsters such as Neeraj Bawana, Tillu Tajpuriya and Lawrence bishnoi have their shooters across country for Extortion,Murder,Loot and for non cognisable offenses then the other side we have”Khalnayak” DCP Satish Kumar with his Crime branch officers who have their informers, Survaillance team as well as finest shooters who all have kept an eagle eye on these shooters connected to hardcore gangsters like Bishnoi and Bawanias gang alligning crimes from jail. We captioned it because a day back Crime branch arrested a wanted shooter of Tillu Tajpuriya gang.
The team of NR-II, Crime Branch has arrested the gangster Anuj aka Kala affiliated to Sanjay-Butana, Sunil aka Choon, Krishan-Gatha gang along with his accomplice of Goparam aka Gopal was arrested with 04 sophisticated semi-automatic pistols, 01 country made single shot gun (Katta) and 02 cartridges.
How Crime Branch officials arrested ?
Delhi | 03.06.2024 a secret information was received to ASI Surender and HC Deepak that one Goparam, a carrier of illegal firearms, would come to deliver a huge consignment of illegal firearms to one Anuj who is related to Sanjay-Butana, Sunil aka Choon, Krishan-Gatha Gang and further supply illegal firearms in Delhi and NCR to gangsters and other criminals, near Transport Nagar Badli Delhi.
On this information, a team headed by Ins. Neeraj Sharma comprising of SI Narender, ASI Surender, ASI Kulbhushan and HC Arjun the close supervision of Sh. Narender Singh, ACP/NR-II was constituted by the undersigned to nab the criminal. Team laid a trap near Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar Badli and at about 1.15pm one person who was carrying a bag on his shoulder was identified as Goparam by the informer. Raiding team waited for his receiver as per information but none came and Goparam was apprehended by the police team. On searching of his bag, 03 semi-automatic pistols and 01 single shot gun (katta) were recovered and Arms Act also got registered at PS Crime Branch on the complaint of ASI Surender.
During Interrogation accused Goparam aka Gopal disclosed that he came into contact with Anuj Kala about one year ago Prakash who belongs to his village offered him to work with him and assigned the work of carrying illegal firearms from Sendhwa MP. He brought two previous assignments of illegal firearms for him. Anuj aka Kala gave him 10-15 thousands rupees for one trip. Anuj directed him to reach at the place as fixed with the other party in MP and after taking of the parcel, the same was handed over to Anuj in Sonipat or Delhi as per direction. This time he procured a parcel of four illegal firearms from one unknown person at Auto Stand in Sendhwa M.P. and came to deliver the same to Anuj Kala in Delhi near bypass.
During investigation, Anuj Kala was apprehended from Sonipat Haryana who disclosed that he has a criminal background and affiliated to Sanjay-Butana, Sunil @ Choon, Krishan-Gatha Gang gang and there is a rivalry with other gang namely Sukha gang of Sonipat. He was arrested in many cases of attempt to murder, firearms and hurt in Sonipat. He needs firearms to survive his gang and to eliminate the targets Sukha and Manish of rival gang. Hence, he procured four illegal firearms from one Sardar Ji of Sendhwa MP. He has also previously procured two consignments of illegal firearms through this carrier Goparam. Most of it was seized from his gang members by Haryana police in recent times. Later, on his direction one semi-automatic pistol and 02 cartridgeswas recovered from Sonipat Haryana. Further investigation regarding main source of weapons from Madhya Pradesh is being carried out.
The enmity began in 2009 when Jagbir from Kasandi, an associate of the Sukha Gang, murdered gangster Sanjay Bhutana in the district court of Sonipat.Anuj Kala has a criminal background, having been involved in attempts to murder, arms trafficking, and motor vehicle theft for the Krishan Gatha gang since 2017.
Accused Goparam aka Gopal belongs to Pali Rajasthan and a school dropout. He was arrested in a case of night burglary case in Hyderabad, where he worked in a shop. After that he came into contact with Anuj Kala through one Prakash of his village and started supplying illegal firearms for easy money.
