Crime Branch: ACP Yashpal Singh arrested proclaim offender involved in Kidnaping,Murder and Arms act

The team of WR-II, Crime Branch has arrested one desperate criminal wanted in several heinous cases of Attempt to Murder, Kidnapping and Arms Act and has been declared proclaimed offender in multiple cases from the Hon’ble Court.

Case 344/17 was  registered on the statement of the complainant namely Pradeep stating there in that the accused Vikas @ Mohit had severely beaten his brother on 17/11/2017 and on 20/11/2017 the accused Vikas along with his accomplice had come to their colony in search of another person, when they saw the complainant the accused Vikas started firing upon the complainant.

How team of Crime branch  Arrested

On the basis of a secret information regarding the whereabouts of the accused a team comprising of SI Mohit Asiwal, SI Gautam, ASI Deepak, ASI Jitender, HC Pankaj, HC Rajesh & Ct Mukesh headed by Insp. Vinay Kumar, under the CRIME BRANCH supervision of Sh. Yashpal Singh, ACP/WR-II, was constituted by the undersigned to nab the criminal.

On 27/05/2024 the team has arrested accused namely Vikas @ Mohit r/o Sagarpur Delhi Age-28 Yrs wanted in case registered in PS Sagarpur from Chaunkhandi, Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

History of the dreaded criminal arrested by Crime branch 

Accused is a dreaded criminal of Saansi community, he is previously involved in several cases including Attempt to murder, Arms Act and kidnapping, He is permanent residents of Sagarpur, Delhi. He is a budding criminal and uses firearms. Once in the rivalry he along with his associate kidnapped one person of rivals. After getting the bail he was not appearing before the Hon’ble trial courts. Hence he was declared PO or the process to declare him PO was initiated by the Hon’ble Courts in multiple cases.
