• 01 BUTTON ACTUATED KNIFE RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION.
BRIEF DETAILS OF INCIDENT :-
On 19.05.2026, HC Preetam Kumar No. 1410 was performing motorcycle patrolling duty in the area of PS Mohan Garden. At about 11:20 PM when they were present at 55 Foota road, near Poswal Chowk, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, in the meantime, one person coming from Chhat Pooja park, upon seeing the police party, suddenly tried to turn back. He was chased by HC Preetam Kumar and nabbed.
On being searched, one button actuated knife was recovered from his possession. On sustained interrogation he disclosed his details as Akash @ Nonu S/o Shyam Lal, aged 25 years.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 133/2026, dated 20.05.2026, u/s 25 Arms Act, PS Mohan Garden was registered.
INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION :-
A team comprising HC Preetam Kumar No. 1410, ASI Chand Ram No. 150/DW under the supervision of Inspr. Mukesh Antil, SHO/Mohan Garden and under the guidance of Sh. Raj Kumar Bajaria, ACP/Najafgarh was constituted.
INTERROGATION :-
On sustained interrogation, he disclosed his details as Akash @ Nonu S/o Shyam Lal, aged 25 years. He is a BC of PS Mohan Garden.
ACCUSED ARRESTED :-
Akash @ Nonu S/o Shyam Lal, R/o Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, aged 25 years.
RECOVERY :-
One button actuated knife.
PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENTS :-
He was previously involved in 05 cases of Robbery and Arms Act.
Further investigation of the case is in progress.
