In the Supervision of DCP Rohini along with finest and sharpest staff of Narcotics officers arrested hardcore drug peddler Mohd. Sakib

On ongoing operation “Kavach”

On 30/05/2024, a secret information was received to Narcotics Squad, Rohini District about the movement of a drug peddler in the area of PS Prem Nagar, Delhi. Immediately, a raiding team led by Inspector Pawan Kumar/Narcotics Rohini comprising of SI Satbir Singh, ASI Kuldeep , HC Yudhvir, HC. Naveen and Ct Sumit under the supervision of ACP/Operation/Rohini and overall supervision of DCP/RD was constituted which laid a trap in the area of PS Prem Nagar for the arrest of Mohd Sakib

 

  1. Narcotics team got a big achievement and arrested Mohd. Sahid alias Gullu who was involved in selling of Vernor N tablets and Avil Injection Vials. With his arrest, 60 Vernor-N Tablets (Buprenorphine and Naloxone Sublingual Tablets IP) and 39 Avil Injection Vials (Pheniramine Maleate Injection I.P.


How Narcotics staff was directed By DCP Rohini to arrest Mohd. Sahid aka gullu ? 

In order to put a curb on the organized crime under the ongoing operation KAVACH, the Narcotics squad Rohini district was tasked to develop information and take strict action against the people involved in the illegal sale of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in the Rohini District. In pursuance to this, the team of Narcotics was developing and collecting intelligence.

The said team apprehended a suspected person namely Mohd Sahid @ Gulla R/o Prem Nagar-III, Delhi, age- 31 yrs when he came in the area of PS Prem Nagar. On his search, 60 Vernor-N Tablets (Buprenorphine and Naloxone Sublingual Tablets IP) and 39 Avil Injection Vials (Pheniramine Maleate Injection I.P.) were recovered. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 309/24 dated 30/05/2024 U/s 8C/22 NDPS Act was registered at PS Prem Nagar in the matter and the alleged Mohd Sahid @ Gulla has been arrested in the case.

Further investigation is in progress.
