Sidharth Joshi talked about the incident which happened on 8 November 2019, there was rage among the lawyers as there was case going on which was Delhi Police vs State. Total of 8000 Police Officers went on protest against the Judiciary. The lawyers were waiting to park their vehicles in the parking area but the Police Officers did not allowed them to park their vehicles. They in fact fired bullets to fight against Lawyers.
Sidharth Joshi talked about another issue that was between Senior Lawyers and Junior Lawyers. The Junior Lawyers were asking for more stipend were as the Senior Lawyers were against this. For this matter there was PIL filed in the Courts. He clearly supported Junior Lawyers as he said there should be good amount of stipend for them as they are very hardworking and they deserve it. He gave example of Madras High Court as they allowed stipend of 20 Thousand to Junior Lawyers. Recently there have been many changes in the Laws, so people are having rage among them. Sidharth Joshi said that Change is Inevitable. People have to accept the changes, yes it will take time but eventually everyone will accept it.
