Delhi- An Anti-Drug Awareness Programme was organized at nearby Red Fort Area, Delhi, Delhi, under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. Around 190–200 visitors/residents and members of the public actively participated in the programme.
During the awareness drive, participants were sensitized about the harmful effects of drug abuse and its adverse impact on health, families, and society. Through posters, pamphlets, and interactive sessions, the public was encouraged to play an active role in curbing the drug menace. Citizens were urged to share any information related to the sale, trafficking, or consumption of narcotic substances with the ANTF, local police, or through the national helpline MANAS–1933. The public was also assured that the identity of informants would be kept strictly confidential.
Awareness pamphlets were distributed among participants, and the programme concluded with an appeal to support the mission of a safe and drug-free Delhi.
